Meet Dr. Heitzler

Dr. Gary Heitzler has spent more than 25 years serving the dental health needs of children and young adults in Westchester County. With a dental degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook and a two-year residency specializing in pediatric dentistry at the Brookdale Medical Center in Brooklyn, Dr. Gary has received extensive training with the unique emotional and physical development of children, as well as children with special needs.

Dr. Gary is also the Director of the Children’s Dental Department at St. Joseph’s Medical Center located in Yonkers, New York. As director of the department, Dr. Gary and his staff of dentists provide quality care to underserved children in the community. Dr. Gary is an active member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and is a Clinical Professor of Dental Medicine at Touro College of Dental Medicine in Valhalla, New York, on the New York Medical College campus.
